Until my injury 5 years ago, I’d worked up to professional kickboxing level. I switched to focusing on PT and bodybuilding. My aim is to help you to see a continual improvement from your training, we will work hard together and there will be times when you find it tough but trust me, the results you see will be worth it. In a relatively short period of time you will begin to see positive changes in your body structure and physical health, these will flow naturally into improvements in your psychological health, meaning you’ll be healthier and happier as well as fitter and leaner. My specialities are kickboxing and high intensity exercise as these will deliver the best results in the shortest possible time.
