I think that going to the gym for every goal, cannot be done improvising and without the correct technique.
With my different methods of training and Nutritional Advice, I can help you reach your goals, whatever they are: BUILD MUSCLE – LOSE WEIGHT – RECOVERY FROM AN INJURY OR FROM A MEDICAL CONDITION – FEEL BETTER.
My favourites methods are Strenght and Conditioning and functional training to help people in daily life and sports. I love to use them even if the stages of rehabilitation and to help people with a medical condition.
