I am a dancer by trade having performed all over the world so love challenging coordination and flexibility. I have instructed for over 4 years at a variety of gyms around London. I enjoy using my ballet and barre skills to hone in on specific muscles with the aim to strengthen and stretch improving everyday mobility. I am a keen yogi, swimmer and runner.
