Participated in many sports, from a very young age. All through school I was county standard athletics and running! I also loved participating in team sports as I love the group energy and spirit! I then went on to train at dance school as a professional dancer and worked all around the world and therefore know how to look after my body and also how important being healthy both physically and mentally is!
