I believe my motivation and people skills aid me to get the most out of each individual in a class environment. If I can educate and motivate a person enough to realise they can achieve there goals then it’s the first step to them maximising there potential
Personally recovering from serious injury and setbacks . I understand how physically and physiologically demanding health and fitness can be . So I always want my clients to not only look great but feel amazing too.
HIIT , Strength and Functional movement training have all been a massive part of my development as a coach and personally . I do a lot of unilateral work to make myself stronger for when I’m performing day to day activities .
