Growing up, I definitely wasn’t ‘sporty’ and I certainly didn’t enjoy exercise. However, I found enjoyment in exercise in my early 20’s and fitness became an integral part of my daily life. Since then, there have been undeniable improvements in my physical health, mental health, strength, physique and self-esteem.
Learning that exercise isn’t a chore, and finding exercises that you enjoy, is a game-changer, trust me. There’s something for everyone and I’ll help you find what works for you.
