Mind Body Online – This is the system we use to process your information in relation to any goods or services that you purchase from us. You will be asked to register as a client on Mind Body Online. It is not possible to utilise our services without this registration however you will be asked to choose whether you wish to receive communications from us at the time of registration, this can be amended by you at any time. You will be able to choose to;
Constant Contact – This is the system that we use to send out our emails. This system is linked with Mind Body Online and your preferences will be based upon the choices you made upon registration, or subsequent to. If you have enquired about Rize but never registered with Mind Body Online you will be able to manage the information that you receive from us via any email that we send to you.
Listen 360 – This is a system we utilise to assess the level of service that we are offering our clients. All data is imported from Mind Body Online and your preferences will be based upon the choices you made upon registration, or subsequent to.

We will hold the data of anyone who purchases a good or service from us for up to 5 years from the date that the good or service expires.
If you register with us but do not purchase a good or service we will retain your data for 13 months from the date of registration.
