Discover the new full-body version of our signature class. By combining bodyweight strength exercises with high-energy shadow* kickboxing drills, we have created a high energy, fun and super active kickboxing high-intensity interval training. Within your workout area, you will be taken through a minimum of 3 minutes rounds at a time with little rest.
The class is designed to make you sweat, while you have fun learning new skills and also get to release the stresses of your day! You’ll leave feeling energised and happy.
