  • The ballet barre is used as a prop to balance whilst performing exercises like isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles), combined with high reps of a small range of motion movements.
  • Uses a combination of postures and isolation exercises inspired by ballet and other disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates.
  • Condition your body like a dancer while improving core strength, flexibility and muscle definition.
