How is a coached class different to everyday group exercise classes?

A Rize fitness class:

Is perfectly sized so that your expert trainer can teach and coach you on technique. You’ll never have to feel that you aren’t getting the benefit of the exercise by not knowing what to do. And for those of you who are levelling up, your trainer will encourage you to test your limits.
