We’re the place for you if you’re looking for more of a relaxed, but no less effective group exercise class.

Workout at Rize because you want to make a habit out of feeling good, and liking the people you get fit with.

We provide group exercise classes at high street locations in London (currently Balham; Queens Park and St.Margarets near Twickenham) We like being at the heart of your neighbourhood, your local fitness studio, so we’re easy to access. Most of our members live or work within a mile of our studios.

We keep our classes to a size that is sociable, and allows our expert trainers to coach you as you need it. You’ll avoid the guesswork of figuring out how to move, and get on with improving your technique.

If you prefer a non-contract gym, or a pay as you go gym you’ll love our options to buy session packs.
(We still treat you like a member).

Our mix of workouts means you can book into classes that fit what you are working on, or simply give you the choice to change it up each week. You could do a Full Body Strike on Mondays to get you in the mood for your week, and ease into the weekend with a Candlelit Yoga session.

We’ve been on the high street for 10 years, where we pioneered the inclusion of the Power Plate, and specialised in offering small group exercise classes. Our members like that we’re a welcoming space, that feels comfortable for women (without being a ladies only gym) relaxed for men, and supportive of family fitness. We have members who workout with their partners, take turns to have some me time, or bring the whole family to build a love of feeling fit.

Previously known as Movers & Shapers, we have recently evolved our brand, created fabulous new studio spaces and redesigned our unique class content and timetable based on feedback from our members.
