Penny was planning to walk the Camino Way. The Camino Way consists of trails from all over Europe converging on Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, North-West of Spain. Originally a religious pilgrimage it has now become so much more and attracts walkers from all over the world. It can be hard walking, especially in the heat and Penny realised that she might need a little help to improve her fitness levels.
Not a fan of traditional gyms, Penny thought she would give Rize a go. Her biggest concerns were that she didn’t feel confident enough to join in a big class, worried about both her fitness levels and that she wouldn’t know what to do. We get this a lot when people start at Rize. Our small group classes are generally a much more comfortable environment and allow the coach to focus more on the individual participants to ensure their form and technique are in harmony, thereby getting the most from their sessions.
That doesn’t mean that we are going to push you past your limits though. As Penny found we will push you but we are not about beasting, our ethos is more about giving you a gentle nudge in the right direction because enjoying your classes with us is as essential as ensuring you achieve results.
If you have a goal that you are working towards, whether it be a specific fitness related challenge like Penny, a life event or simply that you want to improve your overall wellness why not see how the team at Rize can help you.
