Ride – Challenge your cardiovascular fitness in our Indoor Cycling Classes – zone or freestyle, fast and challenging.
Form – Work on your movement foundation by targetting deep core muscles whilst rebalancing and de-stressing.
Yoga, Pilates, Core Conditioning and Barre.
Function – Classes that use specific equipment or focus on specific results but mix it up to ensure a varied and enjoyable workout every time. Use your whole body in HIIT, Circuits, TRX, Kettlebells and Combo.
Family – We run parent and baby friendly classes, so you can exercise even when you have your little one in tow.
